Nickel

All Sony Xperia™ products (including accessories) are designed and tested to meet all relevant requirements on the environment, health and safety. In surfaces which may come into direct and prolonged contact with skin, we ensure that the nickel release is below the allowed threshold (Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, REACH Annex XVII), by: (1) Requiring suppliers to declare the material content on materials, and (2) independently testing surface materials with regard to nickel.
