this is a cool cell phone! i’m a sony ericsson fan and i love SE. However there is a “but…”…I have this cell phone from 3weeks, and few days ago I’ve proceed a Phone Update. The update had some bugs. The most important bug can be found on widgets. You can enable a widget, Facebook for example, but you cannot see the widget on phone desktop. Is that any solution to fix that problem? Tnx! Sorry for my bad writting I’m from Romania. Peace

    Hi Andrei,

Nice to hear that you like our phones!
It’s hard to help you with your problem not knowing what phone model you have. Can I suggest that you contact our support people and describe your problem to them? If you go to http://www.sonyericsson.com, you can navigate to the Romanian website and click “support”. At the bottom of the page you’ll find “contact us”. There you can find both phone numbers and email addresses to our support staff!

Good luck, I hope it’ll work out for you!

I just got a new Elm and am very disappointed with the battery life, it is lasting about 48hours from a full charge, my old Sony Ericsson used to last about 7 days between charges. I have followed online help/suggestions, anyone got other ideas?

Hello. Will this phone be coming to the U.S. market? The c901a never came to the U.S. market (although it was labeled with the “a” signifying that it would), and the current version of the Elm does not carry all of the frequencies used by AT&T. This is a great phone (and would be a great upgrade to my c510a), but I have not heard about a U.S. version.

    Thank you…

I really like the Hazel but I cannot find it available for monthly contract anywhere. I believe it was released early 2010, so why is nobody offering it? Elm is available but not Hazel. Anyone know more?
