After some minor delays me and Albin finally arrived here in Barcelona yesterday evening. A truly beautiful city with beautiful architecture which this week will be admired by some 50000 telecom people from all across the world. We didn’t get to see much of neither the buildings or the people though and only had time for a short dinner before it was time to get some sleep before this hectic day.
Now we’re at the stand which is starting to take form. All of the stand personnel is getting their final run through of all the things they need to know and everything seems to be right on track.
As usual a place like this is quite a mess the day before the event starts. Still – the stand is nearly finished and everyone’s very excited for tonight. We met a lot of people and we managed to walk around a bit and caught some pics of the area.
Our stand is in hall 6, shared with Ericsson and ST Ericsson – the entire family under one roof. We took a walk into the meeting room area and got to see the cinema where our invited customers start their experience before all of our customer meetings.
Soon we will leave the stand and go check out the preparations for our press event!

14:07@GKZ Well, it seems that they have trademarked ‘Latest Android’ (see but last photo), so I guess they’ll skip Froyo, and instead give us Gingerbread
On a serious note: looks like a nice stand. Hopefully they’ll reveal more of the X10 mini pro successor or other compact Android phones soon.
