Today, Skype announced the Skype 2.5 update for Android, and confirmed that Xperia™ neo V and Xperia™ Live with Walkman also support video calling. This means Skype video calling is now available on all 7 Xperia™ devices with front camera, including the devices that have been supported in the previous releases – Xperia™ neo, Xperia™ pro, Xperia™ PLAY, Xperia™ mini pro, Xperia™ ray.

Well, the great news we have today is that we have been working closely with Square Enix, the renown game publisher, to bring to all Xperia PLAY fans the latest version of Lara Croft’s Adventures: “Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light” as an exclusive game for Xperia PLAY, fully optimized for the phone. The game will be available during November 2011.
So, soon enough, you will be able to fight and defeat the evil spirit Xolotl with Lara Croft and Totec, an ancient Mayan warrior leader of the Army of Light, with your Xperia PLAY.
And of course, after this game, we will see more of the Square Enix games arrive to Xperia PLAY, so we can expect the game ecosystem of this gaming phone grow a lot more in the next months.
Keep posted for news about games for PLAY with our twitter account @xperiagames, and you can also visit the Sony Ericsson Games page , where you can find more of the game we have available and coming soon.
