Guess what, it’s early Q4 now 
One of the most asked question I’ve gotten here in the comments is more details on launch timing.. Even if many of you have gotten preliminary dates from your retailers I now at least have some information to give for the Nordic market.
Satio is on it’s way to our Nordic retailers and will be available in stores during next week. Specific date can vary between countries and retailers. In Sweden the selling will start on Friday the 16th of October.
Also to follow up on one of the most amusing comments during the life of this blog..

As some of you most probably already know I have some colleagues working with managing our dialogue and partnerships with developers. A very important area for us to make relations in and provide the right tools and information for.
All of that can be found over at http://developer.sonyericsson.com
One example is a very nice phone gallery application on the site where you can sort out which phones has which features etc. A great tool for any developer.
Some of those guys are also bloggers. You find all of their blogs at http://blogs.sonyericsson.com and I’m sure that those guys know a lot more than me on many technicalities also. Perhaps not specifically on Satio but for more general things around development of apps for our phones etc.
This is a video clip that Albin created, showing a very cool demo of OpenGL ES 2.0 in Satio. A technology which really gives great possibilities when it comes to create very visual applications of of course games.
Yesterday we got our first commerial samples of Satio in it’s nice box so I thought you might want to see what the boxes look like and a bit on what’s in the box. Me and Gustaf recorded a short videoclip (using my Satio of course) with an unboxing and some views on the different boxes. Really colorful!
Note: Box content varies between markets and this is the default kit so be aware that your market might have additional things or a different headset etc.
