Yesterday we got our first commerial samples of Satio in it’s nice box so I thought you might want to see what the boxes look like and a bit on what’s in the box. Me and Gustaf recorded a short videoclip (using my Satio of course) with an unboxing and some views on the different boxes. Really colorful!

Note: Box content varies between markets and this is the default kit so be aware that your market might have additional things or a different headset etc.

I have the luck of having a yearly Mountain Bike cross country race (www.hammarbyhillxc.se) starting just a few hundred meters from my home. Yesterday me and a friend went out to shoot some pictures and videos of it. One of your requests was for me to show videos when Satio is on a tripod and there’s some action in the scene but the background is more static.. Here you have some.
For the stills I decided to experiment a bit and put the Satio in night landscape mode (for longer shutter speed) and try to follow the riders. This to try to catch some movement in the pics. It’s quite hard of course but some of them turned out quite cool I think. There was really strong sun towards me from time to time though so it’s all quite contrasty and the colors are a bit pale.
If you think the riders look tired it’s perfectly understandable since they are on their 3rd 20km lap when this was shot. Also perhaps they got confused by me sitting there in the middle of the woods with a big tripod with a mobile phone on it, quite an unusal sight I guess

During our picnic last weekend I also shot this short video of Stella dancing. I think it is a good example of outdoor good lighting video. Hope you like it .
