Ever since Xperia Z5 was recognised by DxO (the industry standard for camera and lens image quality measurements no less) as the leading smartphone for overall camera and video capture capability, we’ve been listening to your feedback and working hard to continue making improvements that matter.

s70 Camera - SemiAuto-PWe’re excited to announce that our new camera update – first previewed back at IFA – rolls out from today** for Xperia Z5, Xperia Z5 Compact and Xperia Z5 Premium. It brings a minimalist interface and new features designed to make capturing the best shots and accessing Xperia Camera apps even easier.

We’ve focused on practicality, so you can now simply swipe to switch between the main camera modes; Superior Auto, Manual, Video and Xperia Camera apps.

Settings are also more accessible and customisable with simple swipes and touches, using on-screen sliders.
